'The Mind of a Leader'

'The Mind of a Leader' is an international cutting-edge leadership project led by Benjamin Holk Henriksen and Fredrik Lassenius. In 2005 they set out on a 'pilgrimage' with their camera, to interview modern leaders on how they deal with the very sensitive and controversial issues raised in Niccolò Machiavelli's timeless masterpiece: 'The Prince' (Italy, 1513) and Sun Tzu's 'The Art of War' (China 500 B.C.).

The research interviews with 34 international top leaders and experts from different cultures and trades all over the world, lasted more than two years. The result is the 26 chapter documentary series
'The Mind of a Leader I', the 13 chapter documentary series 'The Mind of a Leader II' and the leadership road trip book 'Sådan Tænker Ledere - The Mind of a Leader' (Danish).

If you wish to get an instant introduction to specific chapters in 'The Prince' and 'The Art of War', please go to the section: The Mind of a Leader Animations.

Both the book and the films share the thoughts of great contemporary leaders and experts, and offer hands-on advice for present and future leaders.
